We look after your data the way we look after your motorcycle: carefully, and only for what you gave it to us for.
Who we are
Hubrix Moto, hubrix.bg. The company is being registered; its name, company number and address will be added here. Write to us at info@hubrix.bg.
What we collect
When you write to us through the form: your name (optional), e-mail or phone, your motorcycle (optional), your message, the language of the site and the IP address it was sent from.
When you ask for a service reminder: your e-mail, the motorcycle, the kilometres and which services are due.
The motorcycle picker sends nothing: the plan is worked out in your browser.
Why we use it
- To answer you and make you an offer, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Service reminders: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), until you opt out with one e-mail to us.
- The IP address and the bot check: to protect the form from abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Up to 2 years after our last conversation. If you become a customer, we keep the order documents as long as the law requires.
Who sees it
Only the Hubrix team. The site, the form and our mail forwarding run through Cloudflare, our mailbox is with Google, and the visit analytics is with PostHog (EU). We never sell data or give it to anyone for advertising.
Cookies
To understand how the site is used we count visits and the steps in it (which model was chosen, whether an enquiry was sent) with PostHog, with data in the EU. Until you choose, this is anonymous and without cookies. With “Accept” PostHog sets a cookie ph_*_posthog (up to 1 year) to recognise a returning visit and may record how you move through the pages, with every field hidden. With “Only the necessary” it stays anonymous. You can change the choice from “Cookies” at the bottom of every page. Errors in the page also go to PostHog, without personal data. Your browser also remembers the language you chose.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, object, or receive it to take elsewhere. Write to info@hubrix.bg and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, www.cpdp.bg.
